We performed a mix time test with the new Metenova ZG12 in our purpose‑built 20,000‑liter large‑vessel test facility. The test demonstrates both the capabilities of our large‑scale test environment and the mixing performance of one of the latest additions to the Zero‑g® range.

The patented Zero‑g® technology uses magnetic suspension instead of traditional thrust bearings—reducing wear, minimizing maintenance, and supporting a highly aseptic mixer design across the portfolio.

Installation & service
Safe, and uptime optimized

With our specialized tools,  the installation and maintenance of the larger mixers, remains safe for the service personnel, and can be performed onsite with your own staff. 

 

Metenova Zero-g mixers use slide bearings designed for reliable performance over time. Regular replacement of bearings and elastomers, such as O-rings, ensures maintained aseptic standards and operational reliability in demanding pharma environments. Bearings can be replaced on site, with the Mounting tool, making maintenance fast and cost-effective by minimizing downtime and reducing service costs.

Facilitates the installation and removal of the mix head, enhancing safety and efficiency. Due to the weight of the mixer heads, ZG11 & ZG12, tank entry is necessary for installation

Eases the installation and servicing of the mixer without the need to remove the drive unit, saving time and effort.
